We know that real designer trainers can be very expensive to buy new. Our mission is to give shoes a second chance — making them affordable, sustainable, and just as exciting to wear.
Every pair we sell has been:
- Steam-cleaned for hygienisation 🫧
- Carefully restored — refreshed, repainted, or revitalised as needed
- Quality-checked so they look and feel great on your feet

📦 How Returns Work
We want you to love your shoes. If for any reason you don’t, here’s how returns work:
- Timeframe: You may return your order within 14 days of receiving it.
- Condition: Shoes must be returned in the same condition you received them — unworn outside, with all tags still attached, and in their packaging where possible. (Removing tags will make the item ineligible for a refund.)
- Refunds: Once we check the shoes, we’ll process your refund back to your original payment method. Please allow 3–5 working days.
- Exchanges: Need a different size or style? If available, we’ll gladly arrange an exchange.
🚚 Who Covers the Return Shipping?
- If the item is not as described or arrives damaged, we’ll cover the return shipping.
- If you’re returning because of a change of mind or incorrect size, return postage will be your responsibility — but we’ll keep costs as affordable as possible.
💌 How to Start a Return
- Email us at help@tobshoes.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.
- We’ll confirm the return address and guide you through next steps.
- Send the shoes back securely using the original packaging.
- Relax — once we receive and check them, your refund or exchange will be on its way.
