1. Products

• Our shoes are either new or carefully restored through our cleaning, painting, or revitalisation process.
• Product descriptions and photos are provided as accurately as possible.
• Colours may vary slightly due to lighting or screen differences.

2. Orders & Payment

• All prices are shown in GBP (£).
• Payments are processed securely at checkout through trusted payment providers.
• An order is confirmed once payment has cleared.

3. Delivery

• We dispatch orders within 1–2 working days.
• Free 48h tracked shipping is included for UK orders. Upgrades are available (see our Delivery Policy).
• We are not responsible for delays once parcels are in the courier’s hands, but we’ll always help track your order.

4. Returns & Refunds

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided shoes are unworn, in their original condition, with tags still attached, and returned in the TOB Shoes box.
• Tags must not be removed – removing them makes shoes ineligible for a refund.
• Refunds are processed within 5 working days after inspection.

5. Ethical Note

• Our cleaning and restoration process gives shoes a second life while maintaining high hygiene standards (steam-cleaning and treatment before resale).
• By purchasing, you support a more sustainable approach to fashion.
